You don't say where you live in Queens but there is Queens college on Kissina Blvd. in Flushing Queensboro Community College 56th Ave in Bayside York College on Archer Ave in Jamaica and LaGuarida Community College on Van Dam in Long Island City. Call 311 and ask for their numbers and ask them to send you a continuing education catalog and you should find one that has dance classes for the adult.
