since your training the distance youl go, plus 25 percent................
at a slower rate than youll do the event. otherwiae youll over train and burn out. if you run 10 miles train for 12, if you swim 2.5 miles train for 3.0 if you bike for 26 miles train for 30. a nice steady pace. then the day of the event push yourself in the distances you need...I'm a beginner triathlete, what are some training tips to get me prepared.?
